Hello Alpha Delta Pi Alumnae!
I hope this newsletter finds you all well. This year (2002) has been an outstanding one for Tennessee Valley
Alumnae Association. We have had several business meetings, social meetings, philanthropy projects in the Florence community
and started an ADPi newsletter. We have helped Zeta Etas chapter out this year with money, volunteer time, remodeling areas
of the chapter room, and supplying food along with moral support at workshops & recruitment. THANK YOU ALL for all for all the hard work this year
because without you all none of this would have happened.

UNA Homecoming festivities
will be held October 4-5, 2002. The parade will begin at 3:30 Friday afternoon and pep rally will be held at the victory flame
on the campus at 8:30. The football game will begin at 1:30 at Bradly Stadium. Tickets will be available at the gate. The
Zeta Eta chapter has graciously decided to hold OPEN HOUSE in the chapter room for alumnae to congregate before and after the game.
It has recently been renovated thanks to alumnae support. Hors d' oeuvre will be available before the game as well. UNA faces
off with Southern Arkansas and Homecoming festivities will be held during half time. A dinner is planned afterwards for alumnae
to take care of some business and visit with sisters after the game. Location TBA.

Greetings from Zeta Eta!
If you haven't heard yet, things are going great for our chapter. We have made quota and are ten away from Total for the
first time in years! Our recruitment team has done a fabulous job recruiting new women this year.
Overall chapter operations are great as well. We had a fun sisterhood retreat at the home of Hollie Stewart in Anderson,
and the new members had a sleepover at the home of Lindley Neslon, the New Member Coordinator. Some Deltas spent the night
as well, and a fun time was had by all.
We're in the middle of Step Show practice, which was choreographed by Candice
King and Erica Wilbanks. We hope that you can all attend; it is on Tuesday, October 1 at 7 p.m.
I want to say a huge
THANK YOU to all of the alums for your continued
support. It has made such a difference in our chapter this year. Each and every Alpha and Delta understand how vital you are
to making us a phenomenal chapter. We appreciate you and all that you do!
