Dear Sisters:
First, I would like to thank you all for your hard work this past year. If you have not heard at the Alpha
Delta Pi 2003 Grand Convention ( July 25 - 29, 2003) the North Alabama (Tennessee Valley) Alumnae Association received DIAMOND 4 POINT for Alumnae Associations
and the ACHIEVEMENT Award.
I would like to congratulate Zeta Eta for also winning the Diamond 4 Point along with receiving Recruitment
and Legacy Awards! Laura Beth Daws ('99) for winning the Dorothy Shaw Award at 2003 Convention, and Mrs.
Claire Gwaltney, Zeta Eta's former Province Director and current District Team Director, for being elected as International
Vice President of Collegiate Chapter Membership. These are all great achievements for the Sisters of Zeta Eta.
Finally, Recruitment week for Zeta Eta begins Thursday August 14. The Chapter has requested our help again this year with
food. If you are willing and able to help with food, time or money, please let me know as soon as possible. The Calendar
of Events on the back of this letter has details and is on the TVAA web site. We will be having the TVAA 3rd
Quarter Meeting on Wednesday July 23, 2003 at Rosies Restaurant (Hwy. 72) in Huntsville, Alabama at 6:30 p.m. to discuss
the finally details.
Please pass this information along to other Sisters. The Chapter & the Alumnae Association appreciates your help. Thank

Please let the chapter know if you plan to attend RECRUITMENT for
the Panhellenic guest list. ONLY a few alumnae will be able to be in the Recruitment room this year.
