Alpha Delta Pi - District 1 - April, May, June - Second Quarter TVAA Meeting (business)

1. 30^th Anniversary on March 11, 2003 was a success.
2. REVIEW 2003 TVAA Goals:
1.  have quarterly meetings : YES
2.  start a web site: YES (published: Feb. 2003)
3.  continue doing news letters: YES ( mailed out Feb. 2003 for 30^th & again in July for UNA recruitment details)
4.  follow alumnae association handbook closer: YES?
5.  have at least 5 new members join TVAA: YES?
3. The University of North Alabama’s 2003 Recruitment was discussed by TVAA. Dates are as the following: August 10-13, 2003 - Zeta Eta's Spirit Week. August 14-18, 2003 – Zeta ta/University of North Alabama's 2003 Recruitment Week.  50 members for the 4 nights of recruitment week.
4. ReMember Voluntary International Alumnae Dues can be sent to Alpha Delta Pi Sorority

6. Pride On-Line: PLEASE update all your contact information with national at www.alphadeltapi.org. 
7. 2003 Grand Convention June 25 –2 9, 2003 in Houston, Texas at the Westin Galleria & Westin Oak Hotels.
8. 3^RD Quarter Meeting will be held Wednesday July, 23, 2003 at 6:30 p.m. to discuss & sign up to work UNA’s Recruitment.
