TVAA Meeting Minutes
The meeting was
called to order & agendas were passed out by President Andrea Childress at 2:04 p.m. at the Zeta Eta chapter room in Florence, Alabama. Those present were
Andrea Childress, Ashley Miner Stutts , Ashley Mansell Olson, Jennifer Davis & Cassidy Overby. Those who corresponded
by email were Jennifer Steffen Kimble, Miranda Howard, Shannon Young, Page Banks, Lori Legg Kyker, Jenny Ragan Hendrickson,
Jill Gudger, Rona Osteen, Carrie Travis Albright, Adrienne Hinton & Jennifer King Wynn. A sign in sheet was passed around.
Minutes from the last year were passed around, and put in the chapter room TVAA record book.
Reports of Officers:
President: Andrea Childress reported that 2003 Alumnae Association
Annual Report Form is due Thursday April 1, 2004. She request for people with information for this form to stay after the
meeting. The Adelphean Report is due May 1, 2004. If anyone has any information that needs to be added to this write up please
email TVAAadpi@hotmail.com. TVAA was in the last issue of the Adelphean.
Treasurer: Jennifer Davis reported that 2004
Alumnae Dues are due. $15 per quarter or $60 for the year. The dues can be mail to: P.O.
Box 668 Florence, AL 35631.
We have around $50 after all annual fees were paid and before 2004 dues were added in the total.

New Business:
- 2004 TVAA Newsletter will be mailed out before UNA’s Recruitment this summer.
- 2004 TVAA Goals: 1.) to begin a philanthropy project (maybe? with the chapter), 2.) hold a fundraiser to help supply furniture (folding chairs) for the new chapter room in the new sorority
dorms at The University of North Alabama. All of 2003 TVAA goals were met!
- The 2nd Quarter
Meeting & Jewel Degree will be held in May, 2004.
- Ashley Stutts is going to begin a program for the local school to
collect pop-tops.
Announcements: Adrienne Hinton’s wedding
is April 24, 2004, Miranda Howard’s wedding is June 5, 2004, Lindley Nelson's wedding is March, 2004. Announcements
can also be seen on our website http://TVAAadpi.tripod.com.
