Pearl Conference Calls 2004-2005 -
FREE Alumnae Training Opportunity What: Pearl Conference Calls are an
excellent opportunity for alumnae associations to share ideas, express concerns and ask questions on various different topics.
Alumnae directors will facilitate these calls. They will make sure that everyone stays on track and that we cover lots of
valuable information. Who: Any alumnae association officer or member can participate; however, each association
can only reserve one spot per call, as space will be limited. Why: These calls will allow alumnae to receive
training from the luxury of their own homes, and the calls are FREE to your association!!! How: In order
to reserve a spot on the conference call, the alumna who will be participating needs to e-mail us at alumnaedirectors@yahoo.com by the deadline listed below. In this e-mail, we ask that you include your name, the e-mail address at which you wish
us to contact you, your phone number, your association’s name and location, and a brief summary of your association,
as indicated below. After the deadline has been reached, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know the telephone
number you will need to call in to participate, as well as the pass code you will need to enter from your home phone.
When: We will be offering calls the first Sunday of each month – October, November, February, March, April,
May and June. Since we will be opening these calls to all associations and have to consider four different time zones,
as well as work and school schedules, we will offer these calls on Sundays at 7pm. Please pay attention to the times
listed as they will be listed in Eastern Time. Each call will last about an hour. Below is a complete listing
of Pearl Conference Calls scheduled for 2004-2005. Reservation information for each call
will be sent out approximately two weeks prior to monthly calls. However, you can RSVP for any of the below calls now if you
wish by following the instructions above. 10/3/0 - Alumnae-Collegiate Relations; 11/7/04 - Programming Ideas for your
