The meeting was called to ordered by Treasuer (Chapter Liaison/Alumnae Project Chairperson) Jennifer Davis at 6:45p.m. at Rosies Mexican Cantina Restaurant (hwy 72) in Huntsville, Alabama. Those present were Crickett Z. Baker, Lori V. Bean, Andrea Childress, Katie Cole, Jennifer Davis, Lynne Ellett, Jenny R. Hendrickson, Miranda Howard, Patti M. Lubisco, Tiffany B. Mize, Joy O. Moats, Becky S. Schroeder, Amy R. Stricklin, & Connie W. Ward. Agenda were past out by President Andrea Childress, & an attendance list was past around. Jennifer Davis then past out a proposed budget for 30^th Anniversary, hors doeuvres price list & a outline/goals list of upcoming events.

Reports were as follows: President: Andrea Childress wanted to thank everyone for attending & for there 2002 alumnae dues & donations. She also reminded people it was time to pay 2003 alumnae dues $60 per year or $15 per quarter. Check should be made to Tennessee Valley Alumnae Association and can be mailed to P.O. Box 688 Florence, AL 35630. Treasurer: Jennifer Davis reported on the 30^th events.

Upcoming Events: 30^th Anniversary Invitations Mailing will be at Patti Lubiscos home Monday February 3, 2003 beginning at 6:00. Everyone attending is asked to bring a roll of stamps. Everyone is invited to attend and help put invitations together for mailing. For further information or directions contact Patti at patti.m.lubisco@lmco.com.

Date Correction: UNA 2003 Step Sing has been changed to Feb. 13 & 14, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. instead of the 14 & 15. Tickets can be bought at the On-Campus Bookstore for $5. Alumnae that plans on attend should meet in the chapter room (in front of Powers Hall) at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th. TVAA social event!

30^th Anniversary Celebration Planning: Events will be held on March 1, 2003. Open House in Zeta Etas chapter room will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. The chapter welcomes all alumnae, parents & guest. Jewel Degree will be held at 2:30 p.m. for Alpha Delta Pi alumnae. Semi- Formal (for chapter members, Alpha Delta Pi alumnae, dates & husbands) will be held in the banquet hall at the Webster Inn in Sheffield, Alabama beginning at 6:00 p.m. with cocktails & hor doeures. Then at 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. there will be an ADPI Slideshow Presentation, 2003 ADPI Step Sing Performance, Recognition of Zeta Etas History of Awards, Recognition of Zeta Etas Founding Members and Alumnae Gift Presentation to Zeta Eta. 8:30pm until Midnight will be (a DJ) Mix & Mingle, Reminisce and Dance, Dance, Dance. Everyone is requested to bring canned goods and/or cleaning products for the Ronald McDonald House. The hotel discount rate is $49.00, & the invitations will have additional prices.
