FALL 2004 & SPRING 2005 (as of 09/21/2004)

·        Chapter meetings are at 8pm on Sunday nights in the new chapter room.

·        Crush Party is October 1^st , 2004 at Webster Hotel.

·        Initiation is October 3^rd – 5^th.

·        The next Exec Board Meeting is scheduled for Oct 10^th.

·        Fall break is Oct 15^th – 16^th.

·        There will be a ritual workshop during chapter on Oct 17^th.

·        Homecoming Week is Oct 18^th – 23^rd.  The Homecoming Step Show will be on Tuesday, Oct 19^th at 7pm; Pep Rally is Thursday at 7pm at McFarland Park; Parade is Saturday at 1:30pm; Tailgating begins at 3pm; Game at 6pm.

·        There will be a Ronald McDonald House Educational during chapter on Oct 14^th.

·        Elections interviews will be conducted on Nov 14^th.

·        Thanksgiving holidays are Nov 24^th – 26^th.

·        Reading of the officer slate, Nov 29^th.

·        Mistletoe Madness is Dec 1^st.

·        Study Day (“Dead Day”) is Dec 2^nd.

·        Sister-Alum Christmas Tea will be Dec 5^th at 2pm (tentative time).

·        Officer Elections at chapter on Dec 5^th.

·        Graduation is on Dec 11^th , 2004 and that is also the NCAA Div II Championship Game.

·        School starts back on Jan 12^th , 2005and we’ll hold Officer Installation that night during chapter.

·        Officer Transition Workshop will probably be on Jan 15^th.

·        Step Sing is Feb 3^rd – 4^th.

·        District Workshop is a two and a half day event in February held in Atlanta. Dates are TBA. Usually the 2^nd weekend in February (11^th – 13^th).

·        Winter Break is Feb 17^th – 18^th.

·        The Greek Awards Banquet is scheduled for Mar 14^th.

·        Spring Break is March 27^th – Apr 2^nd.

·        Spring Fling Week is Apr 11^th – 15^th.

·        Study Day is May 5^th, meaning that we will have Final Blowout around that day or weekend.

·        Graduation is May 14^th , 2005.
